Sawtooth Mountain Alternatives is a nascent concept born from the need for true Texas representation within the state's emerging medical cannabis program. On May 8, 2026, Sawtooth Texas LLC was awarded a conditional license by the Texas Department of Public Safety to participate in the Texas Compassionate Use Program. Founded on 100% Texas based investment, our goal is to consciously move the Texas medical cannabis program forward through efficient, sustainable practices, and patient focused product offerings and initiatives. Sawtooth's core team is composed of local leaders in multiple business verticals, spanning from technology to advertising, to energy and medicine. These local leaders and investment partners have supplemented their vast business acumen with some of the most notable cannabis subject matter experts from across the country.
